Student Support Plans (SSP)

For students who need more targeted or intensive intervention, an SSP provides structured services such as academic support, behavioral coaching, social-emotional skill development, and progress monitoring.  SSPs also align with MTSS tiers and may support Lindsey Nicole Henry (LNH) Scholarship eligibility.

Offered as needed through campus and partner providers:

• Academic Intervention: Small-group or one-on-one support

• Behavioral & SEL Support: Coaching, check-ins, skills groups, restorative practices

• Therapy Coordination: Speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, or other related services

• NILD & Lindamood-Bell Programs: Research-based reading, math, and cognitive intervention

• Renew Counseling Center: On-site counseling and psychological assessment

SSP Levels:

• Level 1: Minimal support (brief or occasional intervention)

• Level 2: Moderate support (regular daily intervention)

• Level 3: Significant support (multiple blocks of intervention throughout the day)

Students requiring more than 50% of the day in direct support may need a more intensive program or placement.

Pricing
(Invoices will be sent out monthly through FACTS; payment is due upon receipt.)

$5 Hourly Rate (Default Selection, registration form required)

• AM - 1 hour (7:00 am - 8:00 am)

• PM - 1st Hour (3:16 pm - 4:15 pm)

• PM - 2nd Hour (4:16 pm - 5:15 pm)

• PM - 3rd Hour (5:16 pm to 6:00 pm)

Annual Plan 

• AM Only - $559

• PM Only - $1,678

• AM & PM - $2,238

Additional Information

After 6:00 pm the rate of $1 per minute will be applied. It is imperative that you communicate with us in a timely manner if a situation arises where you need to extend beyond the 6:00 pm time frame. During Child Care hours please call this number 405.717.6214.  We will begin calling the emergency contacts on file at 6:00 pm. (Note: If we are unable to contact anyone before 6:30 pm, we will make an abandonment call to the police as required by DHS.
